Shipping carrier & method: USPS, UPS

All items are shipped with a tracking with an expected arrival date of 1-5 business days via USPS or UPS. However, shipping is out of our control and can sometimes be delayed. We cannot guarantee an arrival date but please feel free to reach out if you have concerns regarding your shipment.

 

Return, Exchange, Cancellation

 

We'll gladly take return items under the following conditions:

- Your item must be unused. Any products that have been used are not eligible for a refund. This includes removing tags. All return items should be unwashed.

- If product arrived with damages, please send us an email to shophellodaisyinfo@gmail.com with a description and pictures of the items within 7 days of delivery time. We are not responsible for damages done by customers.

- Sale items and grab bags are not eligible for a return under any circumstances. 

- You can either not open the package and write " REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER" on the box and return it to us or 

- If you already opened the box and want to return and get a refund, please send us an email to shophellodaisyinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery time with a description (pictures required for damaged items). Once you are approved for a return we'll send a return label for you and you'll receive a refund amount minus the shipping fee. 

- You'll only receive the refund after we receive the package in its original condition.

- Shop Hello Daisy reserves the right to refuse return, exchange, and cancellation based on the condition of the item(s) being returned.

- Customer will not be compensated with money or credit for the items that went on sale after they purchased at original price. No price adjustment will be made under any circumstances.

- Because we are an online only shop, we cannot process any exchanges. You can request for a refund and purchase a new product. 

- Your refund amount will be returned to the same card you made a purchase with. No exceptions. 

- No cancellations. If you changed your mind after purchase please wait for your package to arrive, write "REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER" on your package without opening and ship it back to us. 

-Please allow 1-15 business days for a refund to appear on your bank statement. 

-Items purchased on any other platforms are not qualified for return, exchange, cancellation under any circumstances. (i.e Etsy)
